no fish in tank

Ok heres the deal.I got some ich and took my fish out to QT them.Now that they are not in the tank for the next 6 weeks is there anything I need to do to it to keep the levels ok or will everything be fine without the fish in there?

Do you have live rock? If so, you should feed the live rock a bit every day, and continue your regualar water changes. If you have a fish only tank, then still add a pinch of fish food every week to keep it cycled.

what would you suggest feeding the rock?

just regular fish food. like she said just do a pinch of flake (or some other food) a week should be ok

Yes, you need some fish food in there to rot. That creates ammonia to keep the cycle going (as if fish were in there)
