No water change

I get so grossed out when I hear of anyone not doing routine water changes. It is so basic and crucial to any living being in a closed aquarium. Reef only, fish only or both - water change, water change, water change. It so matters.
I do mine every week. Sometimes I will skip a little and do my salt water tank every week and a 1/2 - 2 at the most. But dog gone, never months. That is so foul.
Took me all day to change water in my 7 tanks, but it is a must and the fish love it - makes them feel good and happy. Healthier.
Listening to that person talk about their water change habbits makes me want to go take a shower. rinse rinse rinse.

I agree diane. You can literally see the joy in the fish during and after water changes. This alone should take and "chore" aspect out of it if you really care about your tank. Frequent small water changes take literally minutes to do and considering most people watch 4 hours of TV every day there is really no excuse not to do this.
