I have been working on my system now for over 2 months and I just installed a new pump on my system, the question that i have is this: I have always had a vibration sound i guess do to using PVC piping from the pumps all the way to the tank, Now if i take out a small section of PVC from the pumps and replace it with hose that then connects to the PVC will that reduce the noise level???

I had a similar problem and bought a few hookups to connect securely the rubber hose to the pvc. I also put a sponge under the pump. It is noiseless now. But I'm not guaranteeing that it will work for you. Don't hold me accountable if it still makes noise. But for a few bucks, it might be worth a try.
