noise reducing device

last year a thread contained the name of a noise reducer for overflows,i cant find it does anybody know the name and possibly where i can find one . thanks!

thats not what i remember but if it works i'm good with it . do you know where to get one i can,t find one anywhere.

What type of overflow do you have?

pez, i dont know the type its a double baffle hi flo deep box that on a 130 g with two outlet tubes that feed a hybrid refuge/wet dry married system. the device i remember was stenman or stigman? ladder i dont know but this is my newest tank and i,ll go for any thing that will bring down the high gurgle this tank has. thanks for any direction.
