i just bought a sureflow kit for my maxijets and when they start up there alittle noisy other wise there silent.i forgot to say that there attached to a naturalwave maker
maxi jets aren't made to go off and on for a wavemaker, they will wear out fast from starting and stopping, you're better off going with a tunze controller and tunzee powerheads, some of those are controllable.
