not eating!

Hello all,
I just got a Eibli Angel and a Bicolor Blenny yesterday. They are both in the QT. I have tried to feed them flake and they are completely ignoring the food(even if it falls in front of their face). The Angel is acting normal, and the Blenny is very still. Is there a reason the would not eat? All of the water params are normal.
Any ideas would help.
Thanks,
Joe

Hey,
It is common for stressed out fish not to eat for a couple of days. You might want to check were you got the fish to see what they were eating. Not all fish will go after flake food. Might want to try frozen.

Thanks.
Another question:
The Blenny was tring to hide under a rock. however, in the QT there is not a lot of substrate and it almost looked like he was stuck or being crushed. Should I put some sand in the QT?

Most Qt's dont have substrate in them but a piece of pvc pipe for the fish to hide in. check out the disease and treatment section for more help. Lots of good stuff in there.
