NOT GUILTY

Well I am sure everyone has heard...or will soon....That the young American girl "Amanda Knox" and her b/f were just found NOT GUILTY in an Italian court,
and she is being released immediately....they were found guilty of slander, but that was a 3 year sentence, and they have both served 4
I have NOT followed this very closely
Does anyone have any thoughts about this???

I don't think we ever will know the truth. The police and prosecution definitely took the case to early to begin with. I don't think that the investigation was done thoroughly or with enough accuracy. A third person that was charged and found guilty was not able to appeal his case since he had exhausted all avenues.
The real injustice is for the victim, Meredith Kercher, and her family.

I'm not convinced they're innocent, however the DNA evidence was tainted and could not be used to convict them.

they made a movie out of it.i saw it seems pretty accurate as far as what i have been reading in the news.
pretty good movie by the way.
i would say there was not enough evidence to prove her guilty .and that was enough to set her free.another casey anthony deal.
