NOt Sure if skimmer is working?!

ok well i just picked up a new bak pak skimmer... i set it up and turned it on.... im pretty sure its working..... but the collection cup isnt filling up at all... is it working?

Give it some time to break in. Sometimes they won't produce anything for a week or two. They just need to break down the chemicals involved in the manufacturing process.

Water shoud not go into the collection cup, dry foam should be in there. Are there air and or water height adjustments on it?
