Not sure what this is but it looks cool

it came in on a peice of LR and turned dark brown like it died..... but shortly after a week it started to get some color and now looks healthy... the centers glow BRIGHT green and orange under the antics.... its only about the size of a thumb tip.... as you can see from the pic it has a live brine....this is the first time i have feed live brine to my tank and as soon as the brine touch this thing they stick and after 10 miniutes some how it opens up and swallows them... i hope the pic is good enough for a positive ID... so if you have an idea what this is please help me out with the name and how to care for it if its a good guy... thnaks

actually the whole thing is soft.... the live part which i think you are talkn about is the part that is swallowing some live brine... i wish i could get a better pic

the circled part is soft... it also has little eyes in the center of each little part of it... the part circled will also puff up like the stuff above it and swallow brine shrimp... ill try and take home a better digital camera and hopefully take a better pic

it sorta looks like that but the little arms are brown and the center is not as open as that one in the pic.... the center is about the size of a pin head but each one is a different bright color...ill try and get a better pic tonight for yous and maybe that will help... thanks for the help thus far

notice the brine stuck to him and the claw in the background... well the emerald shortly there after stole them from him...jerk
