Not Too Happy w/ SWF Order

Hi everyone,
I just received my first ever order from this website and I'm kind of disappointed at what I received. This is a great site and I'm in no way saying what's being sold is bad, except maybe I got a bad set of what I ordered.
Most of the blueleg hermits I received were about 1/4 or 1/2" in size and a few were empty shells. Snails were ok.
Also, I ordered 4 green ricordeas and it seems that only 1 is a ricordea, the other 3 look like fuzzy green mushrooms.
What can I do about this?

yeah,
I'd email them, I've always had good results with my orders from here. I'd do a count on the hermits. If I remember correctly they had included a couple of extra in my order (I thought to cover any transit losses).

I'ld imagine that they would take care of you if you email them. If not tell them I'm coming and Hell is coming with me.
