Noticed strange things in water

I was doing a water change last night and noticed some strange looking "things" in the water. With the pumps shut off the water wasnt moving and I saw these bubble looking things with what appeared to be legs on them. They were very small (1/16") and the legs were very short. Kind of looked like a transparent squid or jelly fish which im sure they werent but thats as close as I can come to describing what they looked like. I scooped as many of them out as I could. Does anyone know what they could be? Could they be ICH?

Look like this? If so hydroid medusa. Will come and go in a new setup.

ha I always thought that those were baby starfish stuck to the side of my tank, because as soon as I put in the asterina star they appeared a week later.

i had those verywhere about 2 weeks ago, now they are gone...mysterious
