Nova extreme 72 inch 12 light good or bad?

Hello just wanted to know everyones opinion that has one of these I can get a used one for my 210 for $300, is this a good product what kind of corals do you have or can you put under these, also it need all new bulbs and one of the fans need to be replaced what bulbs would you recommended for replacement any other info or feedback would be appreciated thanks.

You can keep a lot of coral under t-5's. I was gonna go with this fixture or 2-36in fixtures. Decided to go met. halides instead. With the right bulbs, you can pretty much keep anything. I had the 48in nova ext. pro on my old 75g, with ati bulbs, and I kept sps, monti's, an anemone. The key is the reflectors.

That's what I wanted to hear lol so you think Ati bulbs are the way to go any ideas of which ones should I mix it up or do all the same since it's 12 bulbs thanks for the reply

It is not a bad fixture. I just didn't like that moon lights were not in it. I also considered the icecap fixture, but they do not make it 72in...good reviews with it too. A lot of people mix the bulbs. Blue plus, etc. It really depends on your preference. I used ati blue plus, aquablue special (12k),and purple plus. Althought it wasn't purple plus when I bought it, I don't think.... ( I can't remember lol). I actually had some nice/different color to my corals under the t-5's vs the metal halides. Just remember, to keep sps under t-5's, they have to be placed high up. Just what are you planning to keep in this tank?

I kinda wanted to do a little bit of everything I have a huge long tentacle anemone in my 55 that I moving into the 210. I currently have 4 72 inch t5 ho. on it came with tank its setup is a Fowler but I wana make it into predatory reef or a reef tank I'm pretty much a beginner I got a smoking deal on my 210 and it has about 300 lbs of live rock. and a bunch of mean fish lol but cool love coral and anemonies. just need to learn so much more
