Nova Extreme light

Well do to this Past Hurricane Ike ive lost of alot of corals and what not but i plan on trying out another reef tank. That amount of lighting, 3 watts/gal, probably won't be enough for SPS and clams.

dang im trying to find something that will keep my light bills average when i had halides the bill was kinda high you know i wanna use Vho's but i cant find any that are 24 inchs long do you know any good sites that have them?
