I'm not so sure if it is the SLR model, what does SLR stand for?

yep i believe that is what i have, the SLR.
the people at current wanted us to take it apart to see if there was anything wrong but my boyfriend was the one who spoke with her and he told her that he didnt want to take it apart because he did not want to be responsible for anything they may tie the light being torn apart to the issue at hand. The LFS told us to take it back to where we got it to get a new one.
Now we are taking it back to the LFS and the LFS has ordered a new one and will be sending ours back. I hope this will end the problems here.
