With exception of the sponge (needs no light) those others are by definition NOT for beginners, unfortunatly lights are pricey. Better to buy them once and have enough to grow in your intrests and step up to anenomes and stonies at your lesuire than have to worry about upgrading lighting along with every step in the hobby. Your probably looking at something in the typical reef set-up
3x150HM and 2-to-4xT5 along the outsides for actinic. price them out they range from 1500 for fancy new to used from these boards for about 1/4 the price. You can save a TON if you build your own from a retro kit and put it in a canopy you build.

I really like my outer orbit 72" fixture, comes w 3x250w 10k MH and 8 39w actinic t5's.
I priced the good retro kits and would have only saved a couple of hundred bucks by building.
your gonna spend $750 for a good 3x250w halide retro kit (like a icecap kit).
Then figure in your t5 retro kit, then figure in cost of lumber for canopy (if you dont already have one) and figure in your time.
I got my 72" outer orbit fixture for 1175 shipped to my door and absolutely love it, my one shroom rock has only been in my tank for a month and they have already doubled in size from when i purchased them, coral growth is great, by brain coral has swelled up like a pumpkin.
As you can see i cant say enuff about the outer orbit fixture i have!

thats funny i was just looking at those exact lighting system,the money is worth it.i only found outer orbit hqi(3 150 watt 10,000k,4 96watt actinic,and 8 lunar)did u have to buy new bulbs or did it come with your unit.how high from tank is safe.$999 without shipping.am i crazy for trying inverts and fish in such a large tank(21 deep 22high 72 long 150g)
