My son and I went to a Chinese buffet the other day. He asked me to try some of what was on his plate. I couldn't identify the meat. It wasn't chicken!!! LOL I don't want to know what it was!
ESPECIALLY, since those Chinese buffets IMPORT about 90% of the products from CHINA.. They come in frozen and in hundreds of boxes. I wonder what kind of quality control or inspections HERE it must go through?
