Now What?!?

I set up my tank over a month ago and used shrimp to try and start the cycle but as of yet I have not had any change in ammonia/nitrate/nitrite. Should I give it more time? Add more shrimp? Or am I read to do a large water change and add some fish?
Here is what I started out with:
45-50lbs of Pre-cured Fiji Live Rock from SWF.com
60lbs of Hawaiian Base Rock
20lbs of Live Sand from SWF.com
120lbs of aragonite

What are your readings?
You may be through with your cycle. Sometimes having alot of cured live rock and live sand can almost eliminate a cycle or cause it to happen very quickly - without your noticing.

When you say you used shrimp to cycle are you talking live or raw shrimp?
Just checking for clearification

Ammonia is low but above 0.0 and therefore too high. Low non zero ammonia readings are simetimes the test kit. Ph is too low indicating carbon dioxide or lack of buffering. Both are made better with plant life. but first I would have your LFS test to confirm your readings. If the ammonia is actually not 0.0 then you may have cycled yet.
