I have the same test kit. I beleive this is how it goes--You fill the tube up to the first line, then add 7 drops of reagent #1 and shake (use the cap not your finger) 3 drops of reagent #2 and shake. Finally you add one drop of the third bottle and keep adding a drop at a time shaking in between drops until the color changes from pink to a purplish blue. Take your final number and times by 20--giving you your ca reading (400-450)
