Obama IS NOT the AntiChrist

Well guys, I've done some more homework, and I've totally blown the theory of Obama being the antichrist out of the water. I don't want to turn this into a deep theological debate about the existence of God and the validity of Christianity. This is just for general knowledge, good for when you come across people who think something like this is conceivable. If you have anything to add that will contribute to this topic, please do so.
Here's how I know....
Biblically, the antichrist is going to be Jewish, born of a Jewish woman. I'm pretty sure Obama's mom isn't Jewish. That's what's important. But the media has messed with my mind so much that I don't know if Obama is Muslim or Christian or Hawaiian (j/k) but I am pretty sure he's not Jewish either.
The reasoning behind this is that the antichrist will supposedly come to the earth just as Jesus did... Born from a Jewish woman, except he won't be conceived by the Holy Spirit, but of the devil (or Lucifer)... kinda creepy.
Anyway, just wanted to put that out there.

Actually, I am voting McCain too, although I think Obama is going to win... we're going to need the bradley effect to take place if we expect McCain to win, which is unlikely.
How unfortunate.

It's been awhile since I've read the Bible, but I'm almost positive that there is no Biblical reference to the Antichrist being Jewish or of Jewish descent. in fact, I'm pretty sure it says that the Antichrist has no known origin and only that he comes and represents himself as a man of peace in order to deceive all people.

Are we back to "Obama is/isn't the antichrist" AGAIN?????

Haha!
No, I really don't want to get into it, honestly. However, I did start a thread about a week ago that talked about this issue, and I wanted to start a new thread to share what I had learned.

I'm just sharing what I've been researching. From what I understand, the antichrist is Jewish. Supposedly he (or she?) is going to come the same way that Jesus came, the only difference being that the conception is of the devil.
I don't deny that it could possibly be wrong, but I did want to share the product of what I've been studying.

I'm sure there are researchers that say that the Antichrist is Jewish. I'm just almost positive that the Bible doesn't say it.
the Antichrist is supposed to be the opposite of Jesus in all ways. Jesus was born of a Jewish virgin mother......the Antichrist is born of the Whore of Babylon. now, from what I understand, "Babylon" was a codeword that was used for "Rome". so then, it would be assumed that the Antichrist would've been born of a Roman mother. or, since one can see so many similarities between America and Rome, and the writers of that time had no knowledge of or any other words to describe "America" except in comparing it to Rome, possibly of an American mother. Babylon, in the Bible, was described as a place of rampant sin that ruled all other nations of the earth. at that time, Rome would've been the clear answer. in the present day, the answer would most definitely be America.
I don't know and don't necessarily believe that Obama is the Antichrist. but there are definitely some coincidences that will jump out at you. immediately upon looking up Antichrist, it says that he will grow up in obscurity and begin his evil work at age 30. then, you look up Obama and see that at age 30, he graduated from Harvard and began his professional life. then of course, all the other things that have been brought up time and time again. but again, I don't think that Obama is the antichrist.

Ah shucks! That ruins my fun!
What I have been saying has been kinda fun, turning religious people's beliefs on their heads, see what you think:
In my home town, about 3,500 people and very catholic, people constantly say he is the Anti-Christ and that we shouldn't vote for him because it will be the beginning of the end. I reply that according to their belief Heaven is the ultimate goal, and basically awesome. You live your whole life on this "hell" of the earth as a test and be good looking forward to getting to Heaven. So, if they truly believed that Heaven exists and is so much better, wouldn't they usher in the Anti-Christ in order to reach the place of eternal happiness with their families??
People have been looking at me funny, realizing I have a point and also realizing that they are clinging to their earthly wants. It's been quite fun flipping the logic on them...

Knowing the town, probably both honestly. I think there is probably about 5 black people in the entire town and the asians that run the chinese place, not exactly what you consider diverse.

I don't really see any point that you have. If what you posted made any sense at all, religious people would be jumping in front of buses by the thousands.
there's one way to know for sure......in the Bible, it says that the Antichrist comes as a man of peace and is worshipped. then, 3.5 years after taking power, he is wounded in an assassination attempt, appears dead for several days, then returns to power and reveals his true self. I'm willing to overlook all the other coincidences. but if Obama survives an assassination attempt about 3.5 years into his first term, that'll pretty much do it for me.

But that would be considered suicide, and you know what catholics say about suicide....
I really just like messing with them when they come up with some bogus idea like this.

WHERE WERE YOU LAST WEEK? lol I was getting thrown under the bus for even suggesting on here that Obama was the antichrist... being called an idiot, stupid, ridiculous. Now all of a sudden I post something that says Obama isn't the antichrist and people come on here saying that coincidentally it lines up....
You all are butt backwards!!! Just kidding.
