LoL, odd... I thought crocheting was harder than knitting!!! Knitting's a breeze...sooooo relaxing. I WISH I could crochet... you can't really make those awesome granny-squares with needles.

how can one hook be more confusing than two needles??? i learned crocheting from a pattern... it's sooooo simple if you know the stitches. I tried to look at a 'knitting for dummies' book, and it was so confusing... :notsure:
so you know how if you play something like tetris for a while, when you go to sleep, you can see those blocks moving? when i'm falling asleep, i'm crocheting in my head... LOL

I guess i have too many hobbies... A few more.:
Sourdough bread, ive been trying to get a good loaf of bread but i just cant seem to get it right.
Model stirling engines. Very cool, but i dont have time for them anymore with school. Nor do i have the machining equipment to make the parts i need.

Treasure.....I am nuts over sunken treasure especially the Atocha which is being salvaged by Mel Fisher.......I just got a silver 1613 grade A, 4 Reale from the fishers several months ago (they actually have a sunken treasure store here in vegas).... Awesome coin and to think it was made 400 years ago and still looks almost brand new and that it came for below the surface......Stunning....

Yeah, i know, Price Chopper has really good sourdough. But, i would like to make my own, cause i like to cook. I actaully just made a loaf today and it came out pretty good. MY starter is maturing pretty good. I just need to get the amount of flour right. It freaks my mom out to have living bacteria and yeast in a jar on the counter.....
