Ocean light 250W HQI ?

G13 - How do you like your Ocean Lights? I'm looking at getting (2) 250W pendants for my 125 gallon tank I'm going to set up soon. Want to get them from Hellolights. That's where you got your's from right? Would you recommend it? How much does it cause your water temperature to fluctuate? How high do you have it mounted above the tank? Is the ballast nearby or in another room.
I'm thinking that I will put my pendants about 12'' above the water and run the ballasts from my basement (talk about a nice heat sink!!).
