By not coming they are losing me as a potential customer, might not sound like much but let’s say I was to use their product as a staple for the rest of my shark’s life (10-20 years.) That is a lot of money!! If the rep came in here and showed me numbers or charts about the death rates then I would go out and order some of this food. If they blow us off then that shows me that maybe there is something wrong with this food and there is no way I am feeding it to my fish, and i'm sure most of the shark guys here agree with me on that point.

Yeah by coming here they could clear up any misinformation that may be going around and as a result, maybe get a few more costomers.
I can tell you that if people suspected my product of killing fish and it really didn't then I'd want to clear everything up.
