Ocean Swimming

when I was snorkeling in Cancun we had a cudda tailing us. OUr guide didn't seem too concerned.....I was just glad I wasn't in the back of the group

When I am in the water, I do pay attention to whats going on (generally). Like stated above, its there is a lot of movement with the schools of bigger fish, I am usually up and out.

My husband and our son who was 14 or 15 at the time were down in the Keys for their annual lobster hunt. Anyway's they were in the boat taking a break eating fried chicken. Some of the guys were throwing the bones overboard. My son decided he was going to see how cold the water was so he put the bottom of his foot just to the top of the water and low and behold... a baracude struck the bottom of his foot as quick as lightning and when he pulled his foot back into the boat blood was all over. He is now 21 and still wears the scars on the bottom of his foot. He still dives and has no fear of the ocean!!
