Ocelaris Clown Eats And Spits Fat Belly..help!

I got 2 clowns 3 weeks ago...first one would eat and spit and belly got huge...small stringy white poop....2 days later was breathing fast..then 1 day later could not stay down..kept floating up to the top. The other was fine. 1 week later after he died my other clown now eats and spits it out..belling getting really big. Feeding brine shrimp and flake food. Water quality great...PH 8.O AM 0 NIT 0 NITRATE 10 ALK AND HARD IN RANGE.
Need advise please.

Do Not Feed Brine Shrimp!! he most likly got plugged with the eggs that the shrimp carry
try feeding a differant diet,the reason they were spitting it back out is because they couldnt fit any more in their bellys,do you feel like eating if your consipated?
