Ocelaris Clown has something...help!!!!

I have a very small Ocelaris clown, I probably shouldn't have bought him being that he was so small but my tank is peaceful and I honestly didn't think I'd have much trouble. He's been with me over a month now, he acts fine, eats fine but I keep seeing something on his skin. I first thought that it might be ick, but my experience with freshwater ick is that it starts out with a couple spots and mulitiplies quickly. This fish shows some spots then they dissapear. This has been going on for over a week now and none of the other fish are showing any of the same symptoms. If anyone might have any ideas, I'd so much appreciate some advice. I'm terrified that what ever he has is going to spread to my other fish.

PS. all my water perameters are right where they should be, I test salinity with a refractometer and my water is RO, but not DI.
Thanks in advance

Marine ich can definitely have the symptoms of what you are describing.
Is it possible to post a picture?

I'll try, but the little guy is only about an 1" big so I don't know if I can get a close enough picture for you to see detail. And sometimes I don't see anything on him, like today....

Okay... here is my attempt at getting pictures of this little guy, I'm just hoping that you can see the white specks. I see a few on his rear dorsal & just behind his first white stripe on his left side. Let me know what you think.....
