I have been diving for a long time and have seen it done. It is definitely real, they just sped up the video. it doesnt happen that fast, but they do it very quick.

Well I gotta respect Scubas oppinion, hes seen um in real life, that video just looked really fake at the end of it, when it did slow motion, the last frame its like octoposes eye was colored in... i dunnno.

and teh fact that the video was sped up makes it more believable too, I knew they couldnt change THAT fast

I thought it looked like someone used one of those morphing programs to do it but maybe it is real.

that is real, octopuse can camo them selves to catch fish or protect its self, that is insane wut they can do

there is also an octopuse that can make its self look like a lionfish, it actually looks like one

i know that octopus can do that and all but i believe that at least part of that video has been altered.
