Octopus HOB BH100 Skimmer ???

OK, I am setting up a 29G, and researching skimmers....Is the OCT.HOB BH100 skimmer too big for this tank? It says up to 90G tank. (found them for $105)
I was also thinking about getting one for my 54G seahorse tank...
Anyone who has experience with these...comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
