Ok I have been using a octopus nw 110 and it works pretty well. I am redoing my fuge and I have both and not sre what to use. The urchin fits better and allows me to put the fuge and skimmer on seperate ends. If I go with the octo I will have to put hte skimmer in the middle and the return pum and the fuge on opposite ends. I am in process of doing it now and well um time is at a premium right now.. Thanks for any input. You all are great.

i went with the octo, THe urchin is a great little skimmer but the octo has made me some good junk. Just a little trial and error. I wanted to see how well the urchin worked i guess. And really easy set up. I was suprised at how well the water came out the side of the unit. Nice and smooth. Idid take out the bioballs today and the flex hose. I hard plumbed in the return. All seems to work pretty well. The bioball tower did make a nice muffler for the inrush of water though. I also noticed that hte water can return alot faster without having to go through. Maybe I can get a bigger pump. lol. Anyways. Thanks
