octopus tank?

its a 40 gallon tank. Im setting up a 40 breeder that size. So you were pretty close. But if you have the knowlege, the comitment, and the money, i think it would be a realy cool thing to be able to do.

like i said, mine was in a 29 and i honestly believe it was MORE than enough... hell, he hung out in one area all the time.
mine will be up by june.. and it's only going to be a 20 gallon.
it will be in a bedroom though due to the lack of color and "prettiness"

Don't guarantee something you can't deliver on. Most reef fish, in fact, spend all of their lives in very small spaces among the reef... Small reef fish can spend all of their lives in a few square feet. I've taken scuba trips where certain damsels amd other fish are known specifically by the dive instructors.
An octopus is an aggressive predator. They wander the reef looking for food. They travel everywhere looking for food.
Someone said his spent all of its time in one place... does that strike anyone as natural behavior for a predator?
