A new album has been released by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss "Raising Sand". If you haven't listened to it, I recommend you give it a listen, maybe two. These are two artists I never would have thought would combine their talents. It is a bit departure for Plant, not so much for Alison (the love of my life), a country/blues kind of genre going on. The best songs, IMHO, are the ones where the both of them harmonize. Unfortunately, not every song is Robert & Alison. They take turns, which is disappointing. Check it out.

I am going to have to check this out. I am a die-hard Zeppelin fan.....I can't imaging Plant and Krauss singing together.......

Robert Plant has been one who has never been afraid to take chances. After all, what does he have to lose? I really admire him for this. Besides, who would pass up an opportunity to work with Alison Krauss (*sigh*)?
