Odd growth on rocks?

Ok so I started my 26g BF tank about 2 weeks ago. I set the tank up, added the sand and water then let run for a few days. Went to my LFS and bought 9lbs of Bali rock and 3 lbs of nice purple figi rock that they said they had got from a pre-established tank. I then ordered 25lbs of Ultra premium figi rock from SWF but unfortunately b/c of the hurricane it was delayed a week and just got here today. I have 3 questions: (Pictures Below)
1. The LFS rock had been unchanged until this afternoon when I got home from work. On the Bali live rock there is now a brown growth all over it. Is this the normal cycling growth?
2. On the pretty purple pre-established rock from my LFS, I noticed today that it had suddenly begun a mostly dark green with some dark red growth. What is it and should I be worried?
3. The new rock that arrived from SWF doesn't look like I expected. In the pics online it was pretty and purple but the rock I got mostly just looks like "plain rock" with some light lime colored covering. Why?

well it all seems normal. because your tank is brand new, the rocks are getting use to the tank. the brown stuff is diatoms which is algae same with the green n red stuff. if ur tank is cycled its probably a good idea to get a clean up crew. hermits n snails will take care of the algae. just make sure ur tank is cycled. this stuff is normal to brand new tanks. HTH. =]

Looks like normal coraline and algea growth to me. In time you'll start to see all of the other rock doing the same, as well you'll see the substrate start changing color from the diatoms.

I thought the brown growth was normal but I was unsure of the green/red stuff. But why is the other rock lime green not purple like in the pics from the sale page?
