Odd worm like thing

I saw this at one of the local LFS's, they don't know what it is and it's very hard to get a decent picture of it! But this is thing seems to have many legs, tenicals 7-8 , they are extremely long, some are extended out 6-8 inches it does seem to have a base inside of a rock but there is no way to see where excatly it is coming from! Go Ahead folks try to make this id!

feather duster? It looks similiar to what's growing on my lr...tube shape body and these tenticles come out a few inches then go back in...

I'm thinking its the web castings of that one worm. Then it reals in the web castings that caught food.
