Oddysea bulbs?

Just curious if anyone has replaced there 175 watt 20,000k bulbs yet?If so what did you get and is there a BIG difference?Also where did you buy the bulbs?Thanks

Thats where I bought the fixture from.They are the Harbor Fright Tools of the aquarium industry.Meaning they have everything but the quality is just ok.I want to see if anyone had an Oddysea light fixture and put in a better bulb.I am curious how these Oddysea bulbs compare to a high quality one.

I have done alot of searching Bruce and as far as I can find, Odyssea is the only ones that make a 175 watt de.

I read somewhere that you can use a 150watt bulb?Anyone know for sure?

i would think so because its less wattage

I would ask someone like scsi or acrylic51 on that one...they seem to know a great deal about all of that stuff.
