I'm prettynew to the salt water world so bare with my question. I have a 75g tank with 65 lbs of LR and 70 lbs of sand. Its just now finishing being cycled and am looking at getting a protein skimmer. I dont know if any of you have been aquatraders before but they have some pretty cheap protein skimmers but i dont want to sacrifice quality. If anyone knows anything about odyssea protein skimmers or auquatraders website i would appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks

I love their lights, but I have not heard great things about thier skimmers. They look like cheap knock-offs of Red Sea Prizms, which are also junk. It is probably just like the Won Bros. skimmer. Won Bros. heaters are great, but thier skimmers are terrible.
For a 75 gallon tank, I would recommend checking out AquaC Remora, Excalibur, and Coralife skimmers.

I had an oddyssea PS 75 skimmer HOB and it worked fine on my 45 as a starter.
Sometimes a little fickle, bu worked.
For a 75 though I would suggest a better one. They are ok if you can't spend the money for a better one, but would only suggest it if you plan on up grading some day.
But they do work.

I've got a Jebo 180 (Jebo changed to Odyssea). It's terrible. I wouldn't buy another if it was only 5 bucks. I suggest a Coralife Super Skimmer 125 for your tank. Aqua C would be good too.
