the moral of the story would be not to set your expectations too high. try and find someone who will sell you some cheap frags or make a trade before you go out to the LFS or online store and drop a bunch of cash on sps.

There's a bunch of LPS you could do (Not to disuade you from SPS once you get the lighting), but more LPS really don't want that much light or as clean of a tank so they might work better in your situation especially if you're feeding alot. Acans and such would look great in there, just watch the calcium and alkalinity drops.
