So far I have 1 oc. clown 3 green chromis and a yellow tang. 15 blue legged hermits, and 3 snails can I get anything else? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Depending on their size, you are probably already maxed out. The yellow tang needs a bigger tank and is going to pretty quickly outgrow a 46.

I wouldn't wait to remove the tang. They require a lot of swimming room even if they are small. He may die before you realize he is "too big."

your bio-load isn't bad at all right now for that size of tank......remove the tang for swimming reasons and you will have room for probably 3 more smaller type fish.......you may want to check out something along the lines of a coral beauty or a flame angel.......
but none the less this is all just my opinion......

I have 2 percula clowns, 1 royal gramma, 1 yellow tang in my 46 bow. I've had the yellow tang for over a year and he is doing very well. I am upgrading in about a year. If he looks healthy and is eating then dont worry about removing him. Unless he's big already that's a different story. Lots of people have success with yellows in these size tanks.
