I would highly advise against moving the Emperor. I would let things settle down a little. Keep an eye on him and make sure that he is not causing the clowns to not eat and in turn contract ich.
If I were in your situation, I would place some egg crate in the tank to divide the clowns from the angel and let them be for a week or 2. By this time, the angel should have forgotten about the clowns.

Well here is an update.Kinda of rearranges rocks a lil bit. Clowns still r harrased but not as much. At leat I see them eating.

not the greatest picture.but at least it shows clowns now r swimming around and eating. Angel charges here and there but it doesnt fase them anymore.

LadyLinn - the tank looks great. If I were you, I would make some big caves for the emperor to swim in and take territory over. I would say get an anemone, but after having some in my tank with my angels, they faired just like the rest of my coral, expensive lunches.

Well I am happy to report that everything seems to be calmer. The clowns are now swimming around and eating alot. The angel still charges here and there but it doesnt seem to phase the clowns anymore.
