monday's going to be a killer day, they are saying over 100. we've never had hot this bad this early in the year.
That is why he has a reef. I remember in highschool (late 90's) when it would be 100 degrees for 90 straight days. I remember in late august and into late September running cross country and it would be 105 degrees, I remember one weekend it was 110 degrees in fort worth and me catching a double header. ( got dehydrated that day and I was drinking half a gallon of liquid between half innings) This is barily summer.

haha...yesterday was pretty bad...today high around 88 with 72% humidity-not the worse...but to top it off we'll get hit with storms again tonight and tomorrow to top off the floods we've been having.

i remember days like that in highschool come august we only hoped it would be cool enough not to pass out from sheer heat exhaustion during 2-a-days...85-90 degrees with near 100% humidity at 7am then 95+ with 60+% humidity at 3 pm....sometimes we had to practice at night because it was so freakin hot

lol ... yeah, it's dry heat so it's not that bad. Isn't that what a lot of people say?
B.S...... heat is heat. I'd fry ....

I dunno, try going out onto the Everglades about this time. For some reason, my summer kamp back (Oh Yea! Bet your *** I just spelt that with a k!
) when I was a kiddie, thought that was a good idea. The worst experience in a sauna, locked in on full blast, isn't comparable. I think some of the water temps were at least 90°-95°. Combined that with an aluminum air boat with a freaking V8 hanging off the back, and you have the reciepe for multiple law suits, or at least I thought there was going to be LMAO!

I will take the "dry heat" of Phoenix over a few other places I have lived....I spent 6 years in Charleston SC, a 90 degree day there is far worse IMO than 105 here. I also spent 18 months (2 Summers)in Port St. Lucie FL, brutally humid, I remember a few days around 100 degrees with around 65% humidity, that is torture.

well it was over 90 today and humid to beat heck, and I got stuck working in an attic, I dragged a thermometer up there just to see how hot it was in the attic,,,, the thermometer maxed out at 120, against the peg.... it had to have been hotter than that we had to install ventilation because it was truly too hot to breathe up there. nothing like crawling around in a hot attic when ou have a serious sunburn from fishing all day with no shirt on, DOH
I know better... well apparantly not, but i used to know better.

Depends where you are at, in the DFW area it isn't that bad, around 80% in the am and 60% late afternoon when it is 100 or so. In houston, it usually is around 90% in the am and in the 70% range during the heat of the day.
