lots of info coming out now over night it seems.
now it's he was drunk after/during a wedding and he and 3 or 4 total strangers went in to the apartment. now the debate is whether it is stealing if you are getting your own property back.

And the bloody knife, and the dog barking were coincindental in his last case. I'll bet someone forced the booze down his throat this time to frame him. Hey, if you can get away with murder, why do time for a little theft with a weapon? Notice that it is not being called armed robbery as it would with anyone else.

Very seldom do the rich and famous go to jail. Even just famous. It is just going to be a long drawn out over publicized process with a jury that is jaded. Who cares?! Everybody KNOWS he is an idiot. his life must suck enough adn it is only going to suck more, so let him get away with it. After this, he will probably start smoking crack and be crapped out the sewer of society. He'll get whats coming to him. Not that he is guilty.

He should have been in jail a decade ago.....but unfortunately I don't think this recent case will even go to trial.....sounds like a lot of shady characters involved and a lack of ownership of the goods......
