What about a Fan? Looks like a small fan pointed either blowing on the surface of your tank or into your wet/dry filter would help lower the temp. I live in Florida..HOT all the time. That's what my local dealer recommended. Has anyone tried it? I used a big one and just pointed it at my fish tank during the hot days and it seemed to work.
