So, the internet has never failed me. I always seem to find what I want..
Anyway, I was talking to a friend of mine who lives overseas. I told her I'd mail her a falling star (don't ask) thinking I'd come up with something clever to send...
I can't find ANYTHING close to a good "falling star" gift on the web...
Anyone have any ideas where to look?

I don't know about a falling star but you can name a star after her. go to the NASA website?? they are always finding new stars and will let you name one for a fee. the star will have a NG#### and then the name you give it. not sure of the exact website but you should be able to do a search.

One of the biggest scams around is "pay to name a star". Who owns them, NO-ONE does so why would you pay to name one.
I like the rosie fat-donnel one better.

Hot, let's start our own scam where people can pay to name a glacier. Are you in? It's perfect. There isn't really any overhead. All we need is a printer to make some fancy certificates and a website to promote it through. Then we sit back and roll in the $$$$$$$$$$$$

Ok, how about the bottled water scam. Just fill up plastic bottles with your garden hose, slap on a fancy label then charge a buck a piece.
