Ok, I'm back, now my tank

Hey everyone, long time no see, and lots of new members too. About a year ago I quit coming here becase of some problems on the board, a little after that my family had to move. Bad news, everything died, my beloved moray eels were especially hard to loose, I wish now that I had just taken them back to the store and given them a chance, but anyways, after they died my tanks came down, for what I thought was for good. But by some miracle, I suddenly had the urge to see swf swimming happily in the tank. So here I am. My new house doesn't have room for the big tank yet, so I'm stuck with a 30gal. But at least this tank has fair lighting and good filtration.
So, my question is, which fish should go in my "new" reef?
I'm thinking somewhere around 6-8 small, peaceful fish
Here's my possibilities so far:
Royal gramma
Bangaii or striped cardinal
Percula Clowns
Black Percula Clowns
Maroon Clowns(rules out the other clowns)
Banana Wrasse
Sixline Wrasse
Neon goby
Mandarin(once the tank is well-established)
Any of the other gobies
Ofcourse I can't add all of them, but please tell me if you think a fish would not do well or be too aggressive, and feel free to add to my list. The criteria is peaceful, small, and reef safe.
Also feel free to suggest corals, inverts, anemones, ect. that you feel would do well(about 3wpg)
Thanks,
Tigerlover

That seems like an appropriate group, but do you think maybe a sand goby or neon goby would go along, or is that a little bit too much on the bioload?
Also, can I get some feedback on inverts? I know that I want to show mushroom corals, one of my faves. I was also thinking an anemone, if I can find a good one, would make a great and clishe display:yes: with the clownfish. Sponges and shrimp are also on the wish-list. I don't know which anemone I would want, because although my fave is the rose and yellow carpet, my main concern is that the clowns would like it and that it would live(high up in the tank for light), otherwise what's the point in it? Unless I get one of those small ornamental ones... But I do know that I want a few cleaner shrimp, and perhaps a tree sponge. Any words on this?

Yeah I forgot the sifter, Either a Dash-dot goby, or an orange spotted will do the job.
as for inverts, go with small shrimp. and I don't think you will have enough light for an anemone. but some softy's and Lps will do OK.

Ok, sounds good, but if I did want an anemone, could I somehow put a different light on it? I was thinking put it high in the tank and then add some sort of other light, like a spotlight on it. What is the probability of this working? If slim to none, I'll just pass until I get stronger lighting:yes: Their well-being comes first for me:happyfish
