Since I a 75g tank wont hold any shark. What will it hold that would be a nice setup. I hate to be a pest. But my LFS will sell me anything without caring for the fishes wellbeing, they just want $$$ around here. Just some tips would help..

Well, I can name off literally about 100 different fish for that tank but I will limit myself to a little less than that.
Lionfish, Triggerfish, Eel, Pufferfish, Hamlets, Wrasses, Frogfish, Hogfish, Tangs, Squirrelfish, a small grouper, a small snapper, a small grunt, and a small parrotfish.
You could make several different combinations but some of these fish are not compatible with eachother so please tell us what you're thinking of getting before you get it.

Oh yeah. Maybe if i cant get a HARLEQUIN TUSK Lienardella fasciata, I was thinking of a Emperor Angel. Or maybe both and some smaller fish.. What are your thoughts..

Well, as far as I am concerned, Emperor angels are too hard to keep in a true aggressive tank. Although, if you went with a large tank (120 gallons or more) you could keep one but with different species. I like the combo Chelives put in. Seems to be a good mixture of fish. I have a Harlequin Tusk in my 120 and it seems to get along well with the trigger and lion. I would recommend only one other combo and that would be:
Dwarf Lion
Harlequin Tusk
Porcupine Puffer.
