my mom bought me an airforce issue sweater thats 4 sizes too small. and since its military issue you know its used......

I got lucky this year. My only present that sucks is a REALLY nice silk Murano shirt that is way too small. I want to wear it but we all know the song, "Fat guy in a little cooat" Although I am not fat at all I would definetly destroy the shirt or just look ridiculous.

btw, my boeing pen has a little lever that you press and it automatically swivels so the point is at the other end.
i can't believe that these four gifts are the only bad gifts this year though, so come on guys/gals what else?

Well, all the gifts I got from people were great, but the universe has a way of throwing things in my face:
Overnight last night my furnace was knocking and now this morning it isn't blowing any air, which means although it can create heat, the heat isn't being distributed anywhere. When I bought the house there was supposed to be a 1 year warranty, but of course somehow that doesn't seem to be on the settlement sheet anywhere, so I'm likely going to have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. If it costs more than a couple hundred bucks, it's really going to make my tank upgrade painful on the bank account...

i got a grooming kit from my mom
im pretty sure it was one of those "im trying to drop a hint by getting you this" gifts. since she is always saying i look like a bum

MONK, that happened to me in NH with my oil/hot air furnace. First the relay that tells the fan to start went, $100/service call and part. Then, a year later the fan motor went, $150/service call. So, it was only $250 total to fix it.
