I agree on the bulbs. Since we have the same tank, and almost the same lights, I can tell you now that the colors wont be the same and you will want to change the bulbs.
I have done plenty of research both here and on other forums, ATI is what is recomended overall. Its not like Geismann are crap bulbs, but for the extra dollar or 2, get the ATI bulbs. Somewhere on this board is a post started by me about my lights and in it are the recomended bulbs for a 4 light T5HO setup. If you need to know where I got those prices, pm me. But I would hold off as my wife hasnt even started searching for better prices on the bulbs.

souns good. Thnks for the input. I started reading your thread last night, very interesting stuff. I'm glad that I did not run into any of the problems you had with fish disappearing. Do you have a full shot of your tank. I would like to see one if so. Don't want to copy anyone. Lol
I first saw your thread 2 days after I got my tank. I am going to have a tough time breaking down my 29G BC. Really like that tank. May break it out again some day for sea horse tank or something.
Thanks again

theres a video in that post i think showing the whole tank. Once batteries are charged, and i get the gumption to get out of this chair, I can take a shot of the tank.

Mrs. Kiefers here---its a good nite to snuggle in........we got about 5 more inches of snow today. I'm curled up on the couch with my laptop, dog, and chocolate chip cookies watching my hunnie move some rock from his biocube to his newly cycled tank. Life is good, esp. cause its not me aquascaping! It is amazing how easy it looks and how difficult it really is. It is very easy when I'm setting on the couch criticizing! It is esp. hard because some of the rocks he wants to move have coral attached that he is not quite ready to put in the new tank yet. He is much more patient than I am. If it were me I would have downed half a bottle of wine and everyone in the family would be hiding. I have been know to say some not very nice words when aquascaping but must admit I am getting better about it. I'm sure he will post pictures soon.

And yes you are absolutley correct.......on everything. Lol I finally got some more rock and coral added. Had to move the Zoos over because the clown loves to host them. (I know .... really?)

These pictures really aren't the best quality are they?? Kinda blurry. Sorry for the poor photography skills. Any suggestions on the aquascapeing or coral placemnt would be welcomed.... oh.... forgot one picture. This is my fav.
