old castle "white play sand" same as southdown?

Is the white sand packaged by old castle with the lable Dixie on it the same as southdown???

just got off the phone with wallmart out here...California, they don't have it....YET. They are planning to though..since silica is a known Cancer causing agent and on Cali's badd garbage list, and there are only 2-3 Non silica sands...I'll believe it when I see it
