Well everyone, I found some damn tropical sand! My wife works as a buyer at Agaway for NorthEast. She looked it up and they can get it and they had pallets of it. 
It is called: Yardright Select Tropical Play sand;
UPC: 90604 20101.
I got it for $4.32 per bag! No tax
I need 140 for a 4" sand bed but I bought 200 lb would be fine. Ha, it was $17 for (4) bags on debit card. They can get trucks of it!!!!!!!!
***Home Depot on the Northeast only has it during the summer but some area getting it now; however, I called 6 stores and 2 lowes and ZERO!
