OMG another hitcher

Well today I was looking at my rocks under my new lights, all of the sudden I saw a clear looking worm comming out of my rocks.
I dont have a camera good enough to focus onto it but ill try to describe it as much as possible.
Well the worm is probrably 6 inches and pops out of this hole that sticks out of the rocks kind of a cheut in a way. Its clear and moves kind of like an anenome tentacle swaying in the water with the currents.
Any help

I cant take a pic cause I dont have a fancy camera all I have is a phone camera and a Digital camera with 5.0 pixels and I cant even focus on a hermit crab with that camera

But when I get fish ill see if it does anything to them, it kinda looks like a tentacle of a anenome but not as thick, probrably the width of a peice of yarn

I guess we'll see if it gets bigger ? and its going to be hard to get out because its so thin I wont be able to pull it out of the rock
