Wow! Glad you found him. He sounds like he is doing OK with all things considered. I had a LMB jump and found him crispy on the floor. I was shocked my dog didn't go near it.

At my store I had a Koi jump out of the bin. I don't know how long he was on the floor, but I had to peel him up. I put him back into the bin just to see. You could almost see him "catch" his breath. He was dazed for a few seconds but then was just fine :)

Those fish are invincible.
Poor Nemo, too dumb to learn the lesson, he was almost cat food besides not being able to swim outside the zone. I have never had a clownfish jump, he must of been pretty startled to go airborn. Sounds like he will make it.

Koi are amazing jumpers. We have to keep lids on all their tanks.

I saved a fish on the beach once. High tide was coming in and I saw the poor little guy on the beach. I though that he was dead when I picked him up until I just had a feeling that he was still alive. I put him in the ocean and he was acting similar to how Lois's clowns were, looking like he was catching his breath. Hopefully he's better now! Lol.. just thought I would share that story.

It shows what a tender hearted sweet person you are...but to be honest, the fish was pushed back onto the sand from the next wave crashing in...unless you took him beyond the tide to the deeper ocean.

No, I saved him from the tide coming in. I mean where he was laying it was already completely dry. The waves were absolutely minimal if any. He was 10-20' from the ocean...
