Broadband will never come close to fiber optics. In all honesty the "turbo" is more or less a bs way to pay extra money for no real benefit. It does nothing to increase your bandwidth. You'll get the same speed with the mid grade package as you will with the turbo. You can only force so much data through a bottle neck of a network.
